Your Role as Application Software Support Engineer (m/f/d)
- Global Problem Solver: Analyze and track technical issues with customer installations worldwide.
- Solution Architect: Develop targeted and sustainable solutions to resolve complex problems.
- Project Coordinator: Provide escalation support and coordinate project-based activities.
- Knowledge Facilitator: Create and deliver course concepts for users, Canon Service Engineers, and Canon Professional Services Consultants.
- Collaborative Innovator: Work closely with experts in R&D and product marketing.
- Central Troubleshooter: Act as the main interface for resolving PDF print data stream issues.
- Workflow Support: Offer assistance for workflow solutions that enhance high-performance digital inkjet printing systems.
Your Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent education.
- Professional Experience: Several years of relevant work experience.
- Analytical Skills: Ability and willingness to tackle complex issues and process problems methodically.
- Proactive Attitude: Hands-on mentality with a structured, self-driven work approach, effective communication skills, reliability, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with good proficiency in English.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as needed (an international driving license may be required).
