Are you a Bsc student looking for an internship assignment?  Do you know how to use chatbots like Copilot and ChatGPT? Then we are looking for you!

Artificial intelligence developments are currently transforming various industries and reshaping the way we work. Recent advancements in generative AI have made Large Language Models (LLMs) accessible to a broader audience. Generative pre-trained transformer models like OpenAI’s GPT-4 have opened new possibilities to enhance our way of working now. At Canon Production Printing (CPP) such AI tools have been recognized for its potential to support various work activities.

Your assignment
As a starting point you map the work activities of selected indirect employees (mainly engineers) at CPP Consumables. Once you have a good overview of the work activities you will start looking for ways how AI tools can support/enrich these work activities. From a Lean perspective you are also investigating if ‘waste’ in work processes could be reduced by using AI tools. As part of your advice you will include a list of good work practices where the use of AI tools is beneficial.
During your assignment your preferred AI tool will be ‘Microsoft Copilot Pro’, but is not necessarily restricted to this AI tool only.

Your profile
You are a student (HBO / Bachelor) in IT, Engineering or Management (or similar) looking for an interesting apprenticeship. You have a passion for AI developments, and preferably you have already worked with some AI tools yourself.

•    You feel comfortable using the latest AI tools for all kinds of activities

•    You are curious, flexible and proactive.
•    You are available from February 2025 for a period of 4 to 6 months.

What’s in it for you?
•    A challenging assignment with skilled coaching
•    Internship/ Graduation compensation of €500,- per month
•    Travel cost compensation if you don’t have an ‘OV-weekcard’
•    The possibility to network with professionals inside and outside your field of expertise, thanks to our diversity of disciplines which you will work with
•    With our company values collaboration, innovation and ownership, we strive to bring out the best in each other, expand boundaries and feel empowered to take ownership of our work.
