Bsc: Internship HRM/Business Administration - Generation management
Are you a Bsc HRM or Business administration student which is looking for a (graduation) internship? Are you ready for the challenge to contribute to a project regarding generation management, and do you want to be part of an international, experienced HR team, then we are looking for you!
Your assignment
As a HR team, divided over 3 locations, we work together to support our organization every day. To make sure we are a great place to work for employees, we invest time and effort in a wide spectrum of HR areas.
We are looking for an intern in our research & development (R&D) sector. This sector is our cradle of innovation. With more than 1.000 fte working in cross site teams, we have more generations working within our organization than ever before.
Our goal as HR department is to unleash the full potential of these generations. To do so, we want to analyse, with the help of you, what these generations need to become their most innovative self and high performing teams.
Next to that we will also include you in our daily processes depending on your interests: like recruitment, legal cases, performance review, etc.
Your profile
Give a clear-cut description of knowledge, skills and experience needed for the assignment. Be as specific as possible. Define if it is an ‘internship’ or a ‘graduation assignment’, but also time span of the assignment, level etc. Use direct words and sentences to appeal to the candidate.
For instance:
• You are currently studying HRM or Business administration bachelor.
• You think it’s a challenge to get experience in practice and be part of an international big size company
• To be able to fulfil the assignment you have skills such as communication, pro-activity and curiosity
• You are enrolled at college and are looking for a mandatory part of your curriculum, for which you will also receive credits
• As of August,/September 2026, you are available for 4 to 5 months for a minimum of 4 or 5 days per week
