Bsc/Msc: Recruitment - Open Student Vacancy in Canon’s Recruitment Department

Your assignment
In our Recruitment department, we’re giving you the freedom to think big and make a real impact. We’re looking for a creative and proactive student to help shape the future of how we attract and retain talent. What makes this unique? You decide the focus of your assignment! 
Some possible directions include:
•    Optimizing recruitment processes: Explore ways to improve how we source, screen, and select candidates—make it more efficient or candidate-friendly.
•    Leveraging technology: Suggest and implement tools or platforms that could take our hiring strategies to the next level.
You will have the freedom to analyze, research, and propose solutions for the challenges you identify. Of course, you’ll receive expert coaching to guide you along the way. Your ideas, your project—you’re in the driver’s seat!

Your profile
We’re looking for someone who:
•    Is currently studying HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Bsc/Msc level).
•    Thrives on creative freedom and is eager to come up with their own innovative ideas.
•    Is available for 4-6 months (minimum 3-4 days per week).
