Your Role as a Physics Analyst
- Perform physical material and process characterization in product and technology development projects
- Apply optical microscopy, spectroscopy, electrical measurements, and rheology
- Analyze optical, dielectric, and flow properties of inks, fluids, and paper materials
- Develop, improve, and validate measurement methods and test setups
- Maintain and optimize laboratory equipment and analysis tools
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D and analytics teams
Your Profile
- Master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in physical measurements and laboratory analytics
- Hands-on experience designing custom measurement setups and experiments
- Strong skills in data acquisition, processing, and SQL-based databases
- Experience with automation and scripting (Python preferred)
- Ability to translate analytical results into practical, implementable solutions
- Fluent English communication; German is a plus; willing to collaborate with teams in Venlo (NL)
