Corporate Recruiter
32-40 hours per week, hybrid in Venlo (NL)
What you’ll do
As a Corporate Recruiter at Canon Production Printing, you are the specialist in the field of recruitment . You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle for a broad range of positions, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the right people to drive our business forward.
Your responsibilities:
- Find, attract and hire the best talent: from job intake to job offer, you are the point of contact for applicants and hiring managers
- Position yourself as a business partner and advise management on the best recruitment approach, as different vacancies may need different resources
- Build strong partnerships with department managers, HR business partners, and interview teams to ensure a seamless process and excellent candidate experience
- Spot opportunities to improve how we recruit and take the lead in implementing smarter, faster, more effective ways of working
- Lead and participate in innovative projects
Who you’ll work with
You’ll join a dynamic recruitment team of five colleagues in Venlo, each with their own portfolio but united by a common goal: hiring the best talent. Collaboration is key—we brainstorm, share insights, and support each other daily. You’ll also work with recruitment colleagues in Poing (Germany), as well as with hiring managers, HR partners, and our HR back office.
What you bring
We’re looking for a recruiter who combines strong people skills with a strategic business mindset – someone who not only focuses on today’s hiring needs, but also thinks ahead and builds a long-term recruitment strategy.
You know how to find the right talent and balance candidate experience with business needs.
Furthermore you meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in combination with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Understand organizational dynamics and can translate them into smart recruitment strategies
- Build credibility with managers and confidently guide them with your expertise
- Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team
- Ability to offer creative solutions to challenging situations and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Fluent in both Dutch and English is mandatory
- You are available for 32-40 hours a week
