Learning & Development Advisor
36-40 hours per week, hybrid in Venlo (NL)
What You’ll Do
CPP is investing in the skills that move our business forward. You will advise on and orchestrate learning initiatives across departments and countries, aligning to CPP’s HR and L&D strategy and existing learning architecture. Your focus is advisory, design of learning elements, coordination, and execution excellence.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Analyze learning needs at organization, team, and individual levels and convert them into clear learning objectives and solution proposals.
- Coordinate and deliver learning interventions (classroom, virtual, blended,….), securing quality, logistics, budget tracking, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure a connection between employees and the right internal programs by clearly communicating and promoting the offering, increasing its visibility Ensure a strong connection between employees and the right internal programs by clearly communicating and promoting the offering, increasing its visibility.
- Design development programs and learning paths, such as structure, flow, didactical components, and selection of learning methods, always in alignment with CPP’s L&D strategy and learning architecture.
- Partner & advise managers, HRBPs, and employees on learning offerings, methods, and processes; align activities across sites for consistency.
- Curate and refine learning content and materials in close collaboration with external providers who deliver the majority of our learning interventions, while engaging internal experts when relevant; support contracting and vendor selection.
- Drive evaluation & transfer, applying pragmatic methods to measure reaction, learning, behavior and organizational impact; translate insights into improvements.
- Manage information & reporting on participation, cost, quality, and trends; contribute to dashboards and overviews for decision making.
- Contribute to HR overall projects linked to organizational development and capability building.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join a professional L&D team within Strategic Organization & People Development. We work as one team, while each advisor owns a responsibility area (portfolio), for example a capability domain or function cluster, or target audience.
What this means for you:
- You’ll be end‑to‑end accountable for your portfolio’s roadmap and execution quality (in line with CPP’s L&D strategy and architecture), while collaborating with peers on cross‑company programs.
- You’ll co‑create with subject‑matter experts, HR Business Partners, and business leaders; when needed, you bring in external providers and ensure they meet our standards.
- You’ll share practices and data openly in the team so we continuously raise quality, simplify operations, and provide a consistent learner experience.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a team player who meets the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Educational Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in L&D or a related HR field, with a track record in coordinating programs and advising stakeholders.
- Strengths in stakeholder management, planning & organization (project management), communication, problem analysis & judgement, passion in learning
- A learner‑centric growth mindset
