Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability and smooth operation of assigned facilities and buildings during daily business hours to guarantee uninterrupted business operations.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets for all new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Take responsibility for compliance with all internal policies as well as external regulations and legal requirements.
- Work independently and proactively within the defined framework.
- Provide technical leadership for managing a team of approximately five external employees.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed 3-year vocational training (e.g., Industrial Mechanic, Energy Electronics Technician) combined with extensive, job-specific additional qualifications or advanced training (e.g., Technician).
- Successfully completed training as an External Company Coordinator (BG ETEM certification).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Solid knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Good command of German and English
