Quality Lead / Manufacturing Inspector (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Lead / Manufacturing Inspector (m/f/d) to ensure quality across an entire product family. In this role, you will take responsibility for the product and supply chain (PCA, QT, INC) and ensure that all quality standards are met.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quality requirements throughout the entire supply chain

  • Monitoring and optimizing quality and process standards to meet customer requirements

  • Reviewing and ensuring the correct implementation of all M&L processes to reliably meet specifications and quality objectives

  • Taking on leadership responsibilities in emergency teams when issues significantly impact or potentially impact the overall supply chain quality

  • Organizing leaf/branch projects

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical degree (Bachelor, up to 4 years) with additional qualification in the quality field

  • Or: Completed 3-year vocational training with certified further qualification and extensive additional training in the quality field

  • Sound knowledge of quality management, manufacturing, and assembly processes

  • Good German and English skills

  • We also welcome candidates in their final semester, with the option to start as a working student and transition to a full-time role
