What you will do:
To process the documents flowing into our printing system, we have a 19” cabinet full of IT equipment. A dedicated team of six oversees this setup, and we are looking for a working student to assist them. The tasks for this role include:
- Translating functional requirements into component requirements
- Assisting in the selection of appropriate components
- Modification of cabinets
- Conducting tests, verifying, and validating the chosen hardware and configurations
Your profile:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a comparable technical field
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and electronic components
- Ability to understand and interpret technical and functional requirements
- Interest or first hands-on experience with IT hardware, power supplies, or industrial components
- Careful and structured working style, especially when testing, verifying, and validating hardware
- Fluent English skills; German is a plus
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a technical environment
