Global Product Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a strategic, market-driven, and commercially minded Global Product Strategy Manager to shape the success of our new products and platforms from concept to global ramp-up.

This role owns the upstream and strategic side of the product lifecycle, from defining compelling value propositions to orchestrating world-class global product introductions and unlocking new business opportunities. You will bridge technology and market needs, ensuring our innovations are positioned, launched, and scaled successfully across regions.

 

What You Will Do

 

  1. Define the Product Story & Value Proposition
  • Translate industry pain points and customer needs into a clear, differentiated value proposition
  • Turn technical advantages into powerful, credible, and relevant messaging
  • Build a strategic messaging platform that resonates globally and stands out from competitors
  • Ensure consistency in product positioning across all regions and channels

 

  1. Develop the Global Marketing Strategy
  • Define the long-term marketing direction for new products and platforms
  • Identify target audiences and priority markets
  • Create positioning and pricing strategies that deliver sustainable competitive advantage
  • Develop global marketing assets that ensure consistent brand representation worldwide
  • Focus on strategic market success, not short-term tactical campaign

 

  1. Lead Global New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Design and execute the global market introduction strategy
  • Develop launch assets aligned with regional needs while ensuring global consistency
  • Chair the Customer Involvement Program (CIP) and steer early placements for commercial success
  • Guide and support regional headquarters (RSHQs) during the first 6 months (M6) of introduction
  • Ensure coordinated global rollouts and strong early adoption

 

  1. Drive New Business Development
  • Investigate and develop value proposition for new verticals and adjacent markets
  • Identify and develop new industrial and non-traditional use cases
  • Evolve messaging as market opportunities grow
  • Manage key industry stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Support proliferation strategies once regions become self-sufficient

 

  1. Represent the Business & Drive Thought Leadership
  • Act as a global ambassador during product release phases
  • Represent the company at key industry events
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders
  • Position our products as technology leaders in the market

 

  1. Develop Market & Competitive Insights
  • Generate and structure insights across:
    • Markets & industry trends
    • Customers & buyers
    • Competitive landscape
  • Transform insights into actionable strategic recommendations

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Academical level of thinking with 8-10 years of experience
  • Strong strategic marketing and product positioning expertise
  • Experience in global product launches and market introduction
  • Ability to translate technical innovation into compelling market messaging
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Confidence representing products at industry events
  • Analytical thinking combined with creative positioning capability
  • International experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel
