Leader in Electronics [36-40 hours] hours per week, hybrid in Venlo (NL)
What You’ll Do
As Leader in Electronics at Canon Production Printing, you define and realize a clear vision on the Electronics discipline and its contribution to future printer platforms. You operate across system, team, and project levels, shaping architectures, driving development, and ensuring delivery of high-performance electronics within multidisciplinary R&D teams. You actively collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and Physics domains to create innovative, high-end printing solutions and accelerate adoption of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, and digital twins.
You’ll be responsible for:
Define and drive the Electronics vision and roadmap
Lead realization of product and project objectives
Make architecture and design decisions at system level
Ster and balance performance, cost, energy, EMC, and safety
Lead multidisciplinary alignment across domains
Drive continuous improvement of processes and solutions
