Canon Production Printing Germany GmbH & Co. At the training location in Poing with approx. 1000 employees, development, production, service and marketing for production printing systems are located, among other things.

 

Your tasks:


Supporting the legal department and specialist departments in processing and solving legal issues and drawing up contracts, especially in the areas of development, production and sales, international purchasing, general contract law, copyright law, (software) licensing law and data protection law, in particular

 

  • Handling legal matters from various areas of civil and commercial law
  • Preparation of internal memos, expert opinions and decision papers
  • Support in the drafting and review of contracts
  • Participation in internal and external meetings

You will be involved in projects, and will be entrusted with research and the preparation of expert opinions. The independent performance of advisory mandates is part of the training.

  • Completed first state examination in law, ideally with initial experience and/or keen interest in contract law, IT and data protection law.
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

  • Good communication skills, ability to work independently and a strong service orientation
