Your challenge as Remote Service and Support Product Specialist (m/f/d):
- analyze technical and performance data of our Printers remotely, when help is needed at our production scale customers and develop improvement opportunities
- monitor and analyze performance and technical conditions proactively to drive improvements and ensure uptime
- support of technicians and customers, for technical questions, check-ups, remotely or on-site, driven by data analysis and monitoring
- conduct proactive and reactive actions either remote or at customer sites for knowledge transfer and training
- support of tests and analysis in-house and at our customers
- close cooperation with R&D related to product performance and improvements
- close collaboration with service tool development
Your Qualifications:
- completed vocational education as a mechatronic technician, qualified further education andlong years of experience or a Bachelor degree in a technical course of studies with professional experience or comparable education as a minimum
- understanding of handling and structure of complex electrical-, mechanical and electronical systems including bus-systems.
- hands-on mentality with structured, self-paced working attitude, appropriate communication skills, reliability and a positive mindset to work in a team
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good skills in English
- well established experience in working with Data Analytics tools and the ability to create and apply scripts or dashboards, using standard tooling
