What you’ll do
As a Project Manager Construction you define, lead and execute large construction projects in line with set project guidelines. Your goal is to deliver the project according to objectives and deliverables, guard the timeliness of delivery, and acceptance by the internal customer. Your key responsibilities are:

- Realize the assigned projects within the agreed requirements (quality, time, costs) so that the project is executed optimally and in a controllable manner. You coordinate tasks, give directions to external parties, and monitor progress and implementation (incl. changes in behavior)
- During project execution, recognize and decide on necessary adjustments of the initial project plan to ensure it leads to optimal realization

In this position you work together with a wide variety of internal stakeholders from all divisions (like R&D, M&L, Supporting Functions), and more intensively with our real estate consultant that works on the development of the Campus.
Next to that you will be in contact with several external parties, like architects and engineering companies for the design of the buildings, and the Venlo city hall to arrange all necessary permit applications
What you’ll bring
