Your challenge as Product-Specialist / Data Analysis Practitioner(m/f/d):

 

  • Determine and drive relevant Service aspects in the project generation process, focusing on product performance related technical data 
  • Support of Technicians and customers, for technical questions, remotely and on-site driven by data analysis and monitoring
  • Proactive and reactive improvement of data and associated analysis tooling
  • Support of tests and analysis in-house and at our customers 
  • Support Service colleagues and customers for data security questions in a related framework
  • Creation and maintenance of Service documentation
  • Support in Service trainings and workshops

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • Completed vocational education as a mechatronic technician or a Bachelor degree (or higher) in a technical course of studies or comparable education
  • Understanding of handling and structure of electrical-, mechanical and electronical systems including bus-systems.
  • Hands-on mentality with structured, self-paced working attitude, appropriate communication skills, reliability and a positive mindset to work in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good skills in English
  • Well established Data Analytics skills by applied scripting and dashboarding technics
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel the world if needed (international driving license may be required)
