You will define crash actions to secure the supply of the service parts. Once resolved, you will also look how to improve this supply chain structurally, depending on the life cycle phase of this product. When the service demand decreases, you will work with the logistics planners to optimize stocks and improve process where needed.

The team consists of both Supply Chain planners and Supply Chain engineers, each with their own part responsibility but with the same objective; good delivery reliability for our customers at the lowest possible cost and optimal inventory levels.
