What you will do


We are looking for a skilled Master Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing production, inventory, and delivery planning in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including sales, Business Units, and regional distribution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop production, inventory, and delivery planning in cooperation with internal stakeholders such as production, sales, Business Units, and regional distribution teams.
  • Represent supply chain topics in cross-functional project teams for product launches and phase-outs including project reporting.
  • Develop and maintain the Manufacturing Delivery Plan for the Commercial Printing and Large Format Printing portfolio, ensuring accurate capacity and space planning in collaboration with production lines.
  • With your strong analytical and organizational skills, you ensure supply chain goals and proactively manage bottlenecks.

  • Preferably Master or Bachelor education in the direction of Logistics, Industrial engineering, Business Administration or comparable
  • As a Master at least 2 years of experience, as a Bachelor, at least 3 years of experience in the field of inventory control, production planning, projects, or supply chain optimization 
  • Looking for an international organization with complex logistics challenges and an environment where you will be challenged to realize logistics solutions
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Excel and SAP 
  • Knowledge of Business Warehouse and Oracle is an advantage
  • Excellent English and German in word and writing.
