We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner who will be responsible for the planning and execution of logistical processes within the entire product lifecycle of spare parts for our printing systems.

Your challenge as Supply Chain Planner for Service Parts (m/f/d):

  • You plan, monitor and ensure the availability of spare parts for our printing systems at the right time in the agreed quality and quantity

  • You monitor and adjust the spare parts forecasts and communicate these to our suppliers
  • You support Supply Chain Engineers and Service Product Managers to control planning processes
  • Maintenance/adaptation of master data for the spare parts of the defined material groups is also part of your tasks (incl. implementation of clean-up queries)
  • You suggest improvements for processes and systems and work in teams to implement them
  • You work on improvements in the supply chain with our suppliers and customers to increase efficiency
  • You pay attention to the best possible cost efficiency when planning/procuring spare parts

Who are we looking for?

You are an analytical, proactive team player. In your work you always keep an overview and strive for the best result.

  • You have successfully completed vocational training and have a comprehensive, specialist additional qualification or qualified further training in the field of supply chain
  • You have 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Service Supply Chain
  • Your very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.

Our team

You will be part of an international team who can't wait to work with you. Together we are responsible for setting up and optimally planning the supply chain of spare parts for our printers. The team consists of both supply chain planners and supply chain engineers, each with their own share of responsibility, but all with the same goal: good delivery reliability for our customers at the lowest possible cost and optimal stock levels.

What do we offer you?

  • A challenging, interesting and responsible job in a future-oriented and international workplace
  • A working environment in which you can contribute your experience and personality
  • A flexible working time model and other social benefits of a large company
  • Individual development prospects and further training opportunities
  • A team that is looking forward to your reinforcement
