Your challenge as Technical Configuration Manager (m/f/d)


Joining our multi-disciplinary projects, ranging in size from 30-150 colleagues, you are key in driving the complete Product Documentation Package (PDP) creation by proposing, building, and maintaining the life cycle changes and change management within our (new) products.

 

  • You setup the high-level product structures in the PLM, (product lifecycle management system) and maintain these, together with the engineers and industrialization lead.
  • You design and improve the PLM processes in cooperation with the process owner.
  • You execute all PLM processes and sub-processes related to NPI and change management.
  • You ensure the compliance with existing standards and regulations.
  • You monitor and review effectiveness of the PLM processes (KPI-based).
  • The collection of feedback from the process users to continuously improve the processes is also an important part of your tasks.

 

Team


As Technical Configuration Manager you will be part of a team. Individual you will be responsible for one or multiple structures within R&D projects. As a team you are responsible for securing knowledge and working methods.


Leading in the administrative architecture of CPP’s Product/Market (PM) combinations you give guidance and work together with engineers and TC-members including the Industrialization Lead.
Together with the Industrialization Lead you form a Team and work closely together to make the change and release process as efficient as possible for the project. 
In addition, you coordinate the transfer of the PDP to receiving parties outside R&D (Purchasing, MQ, Logistics and Service).
 
You’re strong in communication, show discipline towards work standards and display persistence to secure the consistency over projects.
 
This position is based in Poing. In this role you report to the R&D Manager; Development Planning & Management

Furthermore, you meet the following criteria:

 

  • Bachelor background in a (technical) administrative or logistic field 1–3-year experience.
  • Skills (affinity) with Teamcenter Enterprise, Teamcenter UA or other PLM Systems and MS office for instance, excel, word, outlook etc.
  • Affinity with a structured and precise way of working.
  • You have an eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for perfection.
  • You speak and write fluent English (knowledge of German and Dutch is a plus)
